Programs are available from the Cuban Chamber of Commerce to assist business owners in enhancing value chains, boosting competition, fostering internationalization, and fostering business digital transformation.<\/p>\n
They will establish exchange mechanisms with a cutting edge dynamic where all the stakeholders come together to transform trade and investment processes, as explained by Leyanis L\u00f3pez, a specialist in the Chamber’s legal department.<\/p>\n
She said that in order to do this, the outcomes that support the export roadmap, the export diversification program, the territorial development plans, and the local development projects are integrated.<\/p>\n
\u201cWith a current membership of 1,072 companies, we have a diverse network but with a common goal: to grow economically and contribute to the country. The new services will allow us to help them,\u201d said L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n
In light of this, the program for value chains seeks, among other things, synergies between related and complementary economic actors, the complementarity of production and logistical processes, and the definition of business and investment opportunities. In the meantime, the internationalization division oversees direct and inverse missions, face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid business rounds, exhibitions in and outside of Cuba, fairs, B2B business meetings, as well as other events and publications.<\/p>\n
In addition to other goals, the initiative to foster competition aims to develop participants’ negotiation and productive skills while developing workshops on topics that are inextricably linked to global trade activity.<\/p>\n
Finally, the section on digital transformation offers guidance on tools like digital business ecosystems in global supply and demand chains, integration platforms that connect counterparties, and automated processes that cut costs and add value.<\/p>\n
According to the Chamber of Commerce expert, these programs enhance corporate management and put businesses in a better position to compete in global markets.<\/p>\n
