SAN ANTONIO<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Note by note, members of the San Antonio Chamber Choir are using their voices to make an impact.<\/p>\n

This weekend, they\u2019ll be performing a rendition of \u201cYou Will Be Found,\u201d from the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical \u201cDear Evan Hanson.\u201d<\/p>\n

The song\u2019s lyrics, \u201cYou are not alone\u201d have a powerful message.<\/p>\n

\u201cEspecially right now in the world that we\u2019re living in,\u201d said Anna Osterman, who has been a member of the Chamber Choir since 2014. \u201cEven though you might not be able to see people all the time, we\u2019re still here to support one another.\u201d<\/p>\n

The organization came into Osterman\u2019s life while she was a high school choir director searching for her own creative outlet.<\/p>\n

Like Osterman, Samuel Pitamber has a music education background that involves having dealt with thousands of youth in his career.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think that having young people involved in the arts, whatever those arts might be, especially in performing arts, is a magnificent way for them to learn about themselves,\u201d Pitamber said. \u201cThey get to create and they get to contribute to the beauty in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

Organizations like the Chamber Choir of San Antonio help young adults turn their passions into professions. In order to do that, they must first inspire youth to pursue the dreams.<\/p>\n

\u201cI hope it can be inspiring that we can come together in the face of adversity,\u201d Osterman said. \u201cThat we can make music together and really just have that sense of community no matter what our background is.\u201d<\/p>\n
