An inspirational group which has helped more than 100 young business leaders is giving members a fantastic opportunity to join its committee. Next Generation Chamber is run by Northamptonshire Chamber and its sister Chamber in Milton Keynes, and helps businesses nurture young members of staff by offering them regular personal development sessions and networking events.<\/p>\n

It is now looking to recruit four new committee members to help shape the future of this dynamic organisation.<\/p>\n

Northamptonshire Chamber deputy chief executive Julie Maclennan said: \u201cNext Generation Chamber is a vibrant group of young business people. It is our privilege to watch them develop during our networking and personal development sessions which are led by some of the area\u2019s finest business leaders.<\/p>\n

\u201cIts membership has grown steadily since its launch and we\u2019re now at a stage in its development where the timing is right to invite new members to join the committee.<\/p>\n

\u201cCommittee members are responsible for managing the performance of Next Generation Chamber\u2019s activities and representing the interests of the members. As ambassadors they also promote the Chamber\u2019s aims and objectives across the business community.\u201d<\/p>\n

Committee members\u2019 duties include helping to select the organisation\u2019s president and vice president, helping to choose its Charity of the Year and making suggestions to the senior management team about future activities.<\/p>\n

Informal interviews for the positions will take place on 12 and 13 January 2022.<\/p>\n
