Brunei Darussalam Capital Market Association was set up in April 2017 by the holders of the Capital Markets Services Licence under the Securities Markets Order, 2013. The members comprise of capital market, finance and investment product and service providers which are licensed to conduct capital market activities in Brunei. Our members which include fund management companies, investment bank and securities and brokerage houses – although from diverse background and with different interests in the market here, all members share the common objectives of BCMA which amongst others aim to promote and enhance financial literacy and investment literacy in the market, and actively promote and support the development of the capital market.
