Comilla Chamber At A Glance

Comilla Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a legitimate trade organization approved by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Bangladesh. It is an “A class” chamber. The purpose of the formation of this institution is mainly to conduct overall activities to improve the condition of all types of businessmen. In addition, the Comilla Chamber submitted a proposal to the government to increase the pace of industrialization in the country.

It provides for the improvement of trade so that the unemployment problem of the country is solved and the pace of foreign exchange earnings in the country is accelerated. The elected representatives of this organization regularly participate in various administrative activities of the district and contribute to social and institutional activities. The members of this organization are given certificates of primary membership. According to the government’s rules.

A total of 15 executive committees, including 01 president and 02 vice-presidents, are directly elected by the votes of the members. All the activities of this organization are conducted in accordance with the rules of association approved by the Ministry of Commerce. Seminars, trainings, etc. are regularly organized here to improve trade and commerce and to train the members.
