In the early eighties of the last century, the Emirate of Fujairah witnessed a remarkable economic, commercial and industrial mobility of the private sector. 1981 on the establishment of the Fujairah Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture as an independent public benefit institution with legal personality and full legal capacity to achieve its purposes and exercise the powers conferred upon it under the provisions of this law. Protect, protect and develop them in a way that achieves the interests of its members within the general interest of the State and the Emirate. Later, His Highness the Ruler of Fujairah issued Law No. (1) for the year 2007 on the organization of the Chamber by its new name, Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and His Highness also issued Law No. (7) for 2011 amending some provisions of Law No. 1 of 2007.
