Establishment of Chamber of Commerce in Hamedan
The law on chambers of commerce was adopted by the National Assembly on 35 October 1999 (see annex number 1). Gradually, by the year 1310, a number of cities in the country, including Hamedan, were granted permission to establish a room, and preparations were made for its election. The Hamadan Chamber of Commerce elections were held simultaneously with other cities in 1310. The announcement of the election of the Chamber of Commerce and Internal Regulations in Hamedan is as follows:

“Because, pursuant to Article (2) of the Amended Chamber of Commerce Act of March 15, 1310, the Government has approved the establishment of the Chamber of Commerce in the city of Hamadan, in accordance with the provisions of the Chambers of Commerce Act dated October 10, 1309 and the Act amended on March 15, 1310, and According to the deadline No. 96/2193 dated 17/1/10, the General Directorate of Commerce of the Hamadan Chamber of Commerce Elections has been set up in accordance with Article 13 of the Chambers of Commerce in Alvand Hamadan and now informs the merchants of the following terms in accordance with Article 14 of the said Law. :
1) The names of businessmen residing in Hamadan who, in accordance with the provisions of the law, have the right to elect members of the Chamber of Commerce in accordance with Article 13 of the Law, are registered in the Special Offices and are available at the following centers for the gentlemen and business executives of the following companies for five days from Thursday, May 3, 2011. These are: 1- Hassan Khan Hall of Mr. Hassanine 2-Haji Mohammad Baqir Hall of Mr. Shahla 3-Hijra Mr. Irvani Sharifieh.
(2) Businessmen and business executives may refer to the said chamber in accordance with article 13 and, if a name is omitted, shall record and notify the Election Commission of the information contained in the centers for this purpose.
