The Indonesian Institute of Architects was officially established on September 17, 1959 in Bandung. Now at the age of 48, IAI has more than 11,000 architects registered through 27 regional management and 2 branch management groups throughout Indonesia, with the youngest regional management in East Nusa Tenggara declared on 27 October 2007.
