The Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Italy (Camera di Commercio e Industria Giapponese in Italia) was established in 1973 with the aim of promoting economic exchange between Japan and Italy and promoting friendship among members of Japanese companies in Italy.
In March 1998, it was (at that time) registered with the Italian Ministry of Productive Activities as a Foreign Chamber of Commerce.
