The Moroccan Federation of Council and Engineering “FMCI”, created in 1976 under the name  AMCI, represents consulting and engineering companies to public authorities, federates several associations   regions covering the entire national territory. It also includes sectoral associations and colleges   of trades.
In addition to the operational activity of its members in investment projects and programs   material and intangible in Morocco and in the region, the FMCI actively participates in the institutional   opinions and contributing to the design, development and monitoring of strategic   development, regulatory and organizational texts relating to the sector.
FMCI, institutional player
The FMCI is a member of the General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco (CGEM) FMCI is an ex-officio member of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council “CESE”. She is represented in the new National Commission for Public Contracts “CNCP”.
By the nature of the very diversified services: consulting, engineering, laboratory,   training, … of its members who accompany the entire value chain of development projects:    planning, design, implementation monitoring, operation, maintenance and evaluation,    Moroccan Federation of Consulting and Engineering “FMCI”, interlocutor of powers    is at the crossroads of the needs and concerns of project promoters and     the end-user who is the citizen. As a result, it is a privileged advisory body     public authorities and economic operators. It is this role of interlocutor assumed with      abnegation and perseverance for more than forty years which has just been more      recognized and confirmed under the program contract signed in September 2018 with the Government.
Based on its role and its civic obligations, the FMCI remains aware that any approach  or socio-economic model of sustainable development of the country passes inevitably by the pooling and  the competition of assets of several actors through a collaborative approach based on exchanges favoring   the cross-cutting synergies needed to achieve the targeted development objectives.
For this purpose, the FMCI proposes with the launch of this new edition of its portal  to inaugurate a new interactive and dynamic communication approach with its institutional partners,  professionals and its members while gradually integrating and making the most of the opportunity offered by  new social networks and innovative tools for dialogue and sharing.
