The Thailand Business Council for Sustainable Development was established in November 1993 by Mr. Anand Panyarachun, former Prime Minster of Thailand, with current membership of 36 high profile business leaders from 36 companies (both Thai & MNC). The objective of the TBCSD is to promote environmental awareness within the business sector under the concept of “sustainable development”. The Thailand Environment Institute provides the Secretariat support for the TBCSD.
