Masneri, SH, which has been legally approved based on the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number: AHU-35.AH.01.07.T 2014. Apnatel is based on PANCASILA and is based on the 1945 Constitution as a constitutional basis; Law No.1 of 1987 concerning the Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a structural basis and Decree of the national deliberations / extraordinary national deliberations as an operational basis.
