Vietnam Reproduction Right Organization is a non-governmental organization established under the Decision No. 260 / QD-BNV dated March 29, 2010 of the Minister of the Interior. The Association is organized and operates in accordance with the Statutes of the Vietnam Copy Rights Association (Decision No. 159 / QD-BNV of February 21, 2011 approving the Statutes of the Vietnam Copy Rights Association).
