In line with Go Chambers’ mission to promote all of Chambers of Commerce and Business Associations all around the world, a new Youtube Channel called “The Chamber Guy” was launched by the Chief Operating Officer of Go Chambers and Skyhigh.Vip, Francis Michael.
The Chamber Guy’s channel features a series of interviews where invited representatives from Chambers and Business Associations provide deep insight on their operations and are given an opportunity to speak about the benefits of becoming their member. Either conducted via Zoom or face-to-face, these informative and unique interviews have reached global audiences and have been well received.
Ms. Martha Octavia, the Country Representative of the Indonesia-Portugal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIIP) in Jakarta being interviewed in the month of September. The Chamber Guy spoke with her about the factors affecting bilateral trade between the two economies as well as the CCIIP’s role in facilitating sustainable economic growth amid global uncertainty.
In one other interview, The Chamber Guy spoke with Mr. Seang Sopagna, the President of Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC). The Chamber Guy spoke with him about the strategies formulated to support their young members through the phases of setting up and successfully running their own businesses.
During the interviews, The Chamber Guy had an amazing discussion with Ms. Martha Octavia and Mr. Seang Sopagna about their background, vision and mission, how they successfully execute the various projects undertaken by them and also about the challenges that they face and overcome regularly in order to support the businesses of their members. The discussions continued to outline the procedure for signing up for a membership with their chambers.
The Chamber Guy will have more insightful interviews with leaders of chambers of commerce and business councils every week. With an aim to connect global business, The Chamber Guy would continue to point out how the chambers strive to support their members’ businesses.
