Abu Dhabi: Dr. Khadija Al Ameri, Abu Dhabi Chamber Board Member and Member of the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council, paid a visit to the Lithuanian Embassy pavilion at the Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition 2022 this morning.

She discussed prospects for collaboration between the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Lithuania in the food and agricultural industries with His Excellency Ramnas Davidonis, Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to the UAE.

During the meeting, Ambassador Ramnas stated that the Lithuanian companies taking part in the exhibition use cutting-edge technologies such as freeze-drying, precision agriculture, and 3D printing, as well as seasonal organic commodities, to produce healthy and nutritious food products.

Dr. Al Ameri was briefed on the products of a number of Lithuanian companies, including Super Garden, which manufactures freeze-dried products that are a healthy alternative to sweets, such as cheese and freeze-dried berries. The AUGA group, which has been present in the UAE market since 2019, also provides ready-to-eat meals such as soup, porridge, and steamed legumes.

Mrs. arn ableviien, Commercial and Agricultural Attaché at the Lithuanian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, thoroughly describes Varnos Pienelis, which provides delicious and healthy dairy products, and Wezoop, which provides nutritional and innovative foods aimed at meeting the nutritional needs of seniors.

She went on to say that the innovative Startuper’s Smoothies drink is the best healthy and flavorful alternative, and that it is already sold in Ireland and Belgium, and that it has supply agreements with Brazil, Peru, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and other Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
