Chamber of Arbitration of Venice is a private law association, non-profit, established in 1990.

Ordinary members are the Professional Orders and some Trade Associations of the province of Venice, as well as the Municipality of Venice and the Venetian Civil Chamber.

The Chamber of Arbitration of Venice in particular deals with:

mediation procedures administered pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 28/2010, being registered under no. 48 of the Register of authorized bodies held at the Ministry of Justice

arbitration procedures , managed according to its own regulations
Organization of courses and conferences on mediation, arbitration and specialist courses for arbitrators, mediators, also on behalf of professional associations, companies and entrepreneurs. Chamber of Arbitration is a training body accredited under no. 138 of the List kept by the Ministry of Justice.
The Association also provides its advice in the preparation of arbitration clauses to be included in contracts or company statutes.
