Please carefully review all “Terms and Conditions” below before making any purchase:
Purchasers will be bound by all Terms and Conditions below upon the purchase of any membership package.
The following terms and conditions (except invalid terms in specific regions or beyond the scope of this contract) will take effect since signing for both transactions of products and services between Gentle Guru Pte Ltd (“the Seller”) and the purchaser (“the Buyer”), and the purchaser (“the Buyer”) should abide by all the following provisions formulated by Gentle Guru Pte Ltd (“the Seller”).
Definitions:
“Agreement” includes all Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, order forms, and payment instructions provided to you.
“Membership package” is equal to “service package” which we sell.
“Privacy Policy” means the policy displayed on our official Website and company which details how we collect and store your personal data.
“you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the buyers of the “Membership Package.”
“we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Gentle Guru Pte Ltd, located at 17 Mandai Estate, #05-01, Hwa Yew Industrial Building, Singapore 729934.
“Customer” means the companies, partners, sole traders, individuals, cooperative companies, or organizations or associations placing the order.
2 Contract and Package
2.1. Any contract for the supply of “Membership package” is made between you and Gentle Guru Pte Ltd. You agree to provide complete and accurate information to Gentle Guru Pte Ltd, which is necessary for the membership to take effect. The purchaser should supply complete and accurate information of a credit card or debit card that has enough funds to execute payment for the purchased membership.
2.2. You are the exclusive user of the “Membership package” which is purchased by you; it is forbidden to resell or transfer the “Membership package” to another party. You are not allowed to act as an agent for another party to supply the “Membership package.”
2.3. We reserve the final interpretation right of all relevant membership prices and information listed on the membership proposal in the future. We also reserve the right to change or terminate any product or service of Gentle Guru Pte Ltd.
Price and Payment:
3.1. All prices listed are accurate as of the date of publishing; however, we reserve the right to change them in the future. The quoted price does not include GST.
3.2. All payment should be completed before the commencement of the enjoyment of any benefits under the purchased “Membership package.”
Personal Information:
4.1. Where required, Gentle Guru Pte Ltd will request from you personal information needed to activate the purchased “Membership package,” and all such information supplied by you shall be accurate and complete.
4.2. You authorize us to use, store, or process your personal information to provide you the “Membership package” and the service provided under the Membership (the “Purpose”). The “Purpose” may include the disclosure of your personal information to third parties or for judicial procedures from time to time, which may be necessary for procedures of the “Membership package” to take effect. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
4.3. You are entitled to request a copy of the personal information we hold on you. Please contact us via an email sent to info@gentle-guru.com if you require such information.
Unlawful Use: Purchaser shall not use the “Membership package” for any unlawful purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to offering any service that violates any applicable law or regulation or in a manner deemed to be abusive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, or which could be considered offensive in any other way. Gentle Guru Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for any content of violation or wrongful usage.
Complaints / Disputes: We take feedback very seriously and aim to respond to your complaints within 5 business days. All complaints should be sent to: info@gentle-guru.com.
Limitation of Liability:
7.1. Great care has been taken to ensure that the information available on the official website of Gentle Guru Pte Ltd is accurate and error-free. We apologize for any errors or omissions that may have occurred. We cannot always warrant that the use of the website will be error-free always. However, we will amend and revise posted information immediately upon and updates received. We do not claim or guarantee that our website server operates without any virus infections or other technical vulnerabilities.
7.2. We do not assume any liability to you beyond the fullest permissible extent for the supply of the Membership Services under applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If we are found liable for any loss or damage to you, such liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Membership Services. We cannot accept any liability for any loss, damage, or expense, including any direct or indirect loss, such as loss of profits to you howsoever arising. This limitation of liability does not apply to personal injury or death arising as a direct result of our negligence.
Cancellation of Membership:
8.1. There is to be no cancellation on any Chamber or Club membership purchased during any membership promotion period.
8.2. In the event of membership cancellation within 25 days after the purchase of membership, being the “cooling period,” a cancellation email has to be sent to info@gentle-guru.com, with the subject header: Cancellation of Membership.”
8.3. No cancellation or refund will be entertained after the “cooling period,” which is 25 days from the date of purchase of membership.
General:
9.1. We may alter or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.
9.2. Payment must be made at the time of signing for the “Membership Package” from us. Failure to pay upon signing will result in the denial of service and benefits related to the membership.
9.3. The Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, online order forms, and payment instructions, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. No other terms, whether expressed or implied, shall form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflicts between these Terms and Conditions and any other terms or provisions on the Website, the Terms and Conditions in this agreement shall prevail.
9.4. If any term or condition of our Agreement shall be deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the parties hereby agree that such term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in force without such term or condition.
9.5. These Terms and Conditions in our agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
9.6. No delay, failure, or remedies to enforce our rights under the agreement shall constitute a waiver on our part of such rights or remedies unless such waiver is confirmed in writing.
9.7. Gentle Guru Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the By-Laws or any Terms and Conditions implemented in accordance with the By-Laws, without prior notice, and Members shall be deemed to have served the notice and shall abide by such amendments accordingly.
