CEED Tunisia is a member of the CEED international network, a non-governmental organization that supports entrepreneurs in developing their businesses in emerging markets.
CEED Tunisia was created in 2014 by the founding members: the president Mrs. Aouatef Elloumi el Ghoul, by the vice-president Mrs. Abir Matmati and by the treasurer Mrs. Jihene ben Fadhel and benefited from the Small Business Assistance Fund ( SEAF) as well as the USAID Fund.
CEED Tunisie is part of a large international network of operations and entrepreneurship around the world. Its mission is to provide entrepreneurs with the know-how and networks they need to accelerate the growth of their businesses and to promote an entrepreneurial culture in society at large.

Our history

With over 20 years of experience in SME investments, 500 SME investments and 1,000 TC interventions in emerging and active markets, SEAF is acutely aware of the challenges entrepreneurs face in running their businesses. SEAF (Small enterprise assistance fund) had the mission to promote the CEED model in the world. After helping to launch CEED in Eastern Europe, he turned to Africa where he helped launch CEED Morocco then CEED Tunisia and continues his mission in other countries such as Tanzania. .
