We are a non-profit NGO founded by a group of professional & amateur astronomers with the goal of raising public awareness in space and astronomy.
Since 2012, ESA has been holding a wide range of astronomical activities on a regular basis. Our activities include public lectures, observational nights, open discussions, astronomy-related movies screening, workshops, beginners courses and astronomy trips.
We were the first to coin the word “أمسية فلكية” and use it in Egypt as a special event including a lecture followed by sky observation. These public events received huge public acceptance and society appreciation among the community.
