Who are the Essex Chambers?

Essex Chambers is one of 52 regional Chambers accredited through the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC), by whom we are regulated and accredited by. The BCC hosts a dynamic national network for thousands of UK businesses of all sizes and from all sectors.

Constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of modern commerce, we are a not-for-profit membership organisation, attracting a wide range of businesses large and small.

We are also connected with a wide array of government departments – HM Treasury, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Department for International Trade and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy – along with many more professional bodies whose knowledge and insight can help our Members.

We deliver business information, support, assistance plus a wide range of useful products and services including networking events, skills training and international trade support.

We operate countywide from three hubs conveniently located in Colchester, Southend-on-Sea and Basildon, with two satellite offices in Harlow and Thurrock, so help is always close to hand.

Our management board is drawn from experienced business owners and practitioners who bring a wealth of understanding to the table. We have the knowledge to support your business.
