On September 28, 2010, the civil affairs bureau of guangdong province issued the registration certificate of social group legal person to luoding chamber of commerce of guangdong province, which is the first county chamber of commerce and provincial social group unit registered and established by the civil affairs bureau of guangdong province. The unit in charge is the administration of non-governmental organizations in guangdong province. The founding chairman of the association is peng shubao, former member of the CPC guangdong provincial committee, former director of guangdong economic committee and now chairman of guangzhou hengguang new energy technology co., LTD. The chamber of commerce is a non-profit association organization mainly initiated and established by luo ding’s people who invest, operate and manage enterprises in guangdong. There are more than 200 member enterprises, mainly distributed in guangzhou, shenzhen, foshan, dongguan, zhongshan, zhuhai, zhaoqing, jiangmen, luoding and other places.
