JETRO Dubai was established in Dubai, UAE in 1981, realizing the need to strengthen the economic and business relationships with Japan, the United Arab of Emirates and other Gulf countries. For local and foreign companies, the establishment of JETRO served as a gateway to mutual business relationships between Japan and the Gulf states.
As part of JETRO overseas office network, JETRO Dubai works in full coordination with our headquarters in Japan. JETRO Dubai serves as the central office for the Middle East and North Africa region, covering Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Yemen and Iraq.
