Karaman Chamber of Commerce and Industry was established in 1926 and after serving for 10 years, it was connected to Konya Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 1936 due to some impossibilities. In 1949, Karamanlı started to operate independently again with the initiatives of merchants and industrialists. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which served on Kadirhane Street until 1963, has served in a building consisting of basement, ground floor plus two floors on İsmetpaşa Street. It has been serving in the existing building since 2012.
