About Us
The Philippines Business Club in Indonesia (PBCI) is an association representing private sector interests to promote and strengthen business, economic, and cultural ties between the Philippines and Indonesia.
PBCI has a working relationship with the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI/KADIN) and has signed its MOA and Protocol of Cooperation with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PCCI), and Makati Business Club. PBCI is also a member of the International Business Chamber (IBC), which is an association of various business chambers in Indonesia. PBCI works closely with the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Indonesia, Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in the Philippines, and with the Philippine Trade and Investment Center in Jakarta.
Our Mission
PBCI represents private sector interests to promote and strengthen business, economic, and cultural ties between Indonesia and the Philippines.
We assist Indonesian businesses entering the Philippines and Philippine companies entering Indonesia, always mindful of the cultural adoption required to ensure sustainability.
A Brief History
In 2016, then Philippine Ambassador Maria Lumen Isleta invited several Filipino expats in different sectors/industries to discuss the possibility of creating a business group that will assist in promoting the bilateral relations of both countries through the private sector.
The Filipino Expatriate Community responded by creating the Philippine Business Club Indonesia.

The Philippine Business Club Indonesia (PBCI) has been officially recognized by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PCCI), Makati Business Club (MBC), and KADIN (Indonesia Chamber of Commerce & Industry).
