Vietnam Ship Agents and Brokers Association (VISABA) was allowed to establish by the government in Document No. 50/KTN dated January 5, 1994 and was decided by the Minister of Transport. Decision No. 944 – QD/TCCB – LD dated June 25, 1994, with its head office located in Ho Chi Minh City.
