On November 15, 2014, seven enterprises and units jointly applied to zhanjiang civil affairs bureau for the establishment of zhanjiang huazhou chamber of commerce. On November 18, 2014, a meeting of representatives of enterprises and units was held to discuss the draft articles of association of the chamber of commerce, and a preparatory group led by Lin chunmao was established. On December 3, 2014, the preparatory team reported the preparatory situation to the people’s government of huazhou city and the united front work department of huazhou municipal party committee. On December 9, 2014, huazhou people’s government office sent a letter to zhanjiang civil affairs bureau to support the establishment of zhanjiang huazhou chamber of commerce. On May 13, 2015, the first general meeting of zhanjiang huazhou chamber of commerce was held in zhanjiang hengmao petrochemical co., LTD. Representatives of 33 enterprises attended the conference.
