Hong Kong xi ‘an chamber of commerce registered in Hong Kong on 7 November 2005. The establishment of the association is supported and assisted by the government of xi ‘an, shaanxi province. It relies on the active participation of Hong Kong businessmen who invest in xi ‘an and xi ‘an entrepreneurs who develop in Hong Kong and overseas. It is the first chamber of commerce in Hong Kong named after a major mainland city since the implementation of reform and opening up in the mainland. On August 18, 2010, it was officially renamed Hong Kong xi ‘an chamber of commerce.
