With over 10 years of operation in the situation of Internet development in Vietnam and the continuous development of value added services on the Internet platform, the establishment of Vietnam Internet Association (English name: Vietnam Internet Association; short name: VIA) is necessary. This meets the development demands of not only organizations, individuals engaging in Internet in particular but also the Vietnamese economy in general.

Vietnam Internet Association is a voluntary, non-profit social – occupational organization. The Association gathers organizations, enterprises and Vietnamese individuals engaging in Internet services supply and development and other fields relating to the Internet nationwide.
