Tiffany Somerville, Bobby Lee Hurt, and Bo Matthews were celebrated for their exceptional leadership and dedication to both business and community service. Tiffany Somerville, co-CEO of SpanTech, received the prestigious Magnolia Award for her outstanding leadership and commitment to civic initiatives. Bobby Lee Hurt, owner of Hurt Auto Sales, was recognized as the Small Business Person of the Year for his resilience and community engagement. In a historic moment, Bo Matthews, outgoing superintendent of Barren County Schools, was honored with the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award for his three-decade-long career in education and unwavering dedication to excellence. These exemplary individuals will be officially recognized at the Achievement in Business Awards Luncheon on May 7, kicking off Small Business Appreciation Month.
