A fun island vibe was served as the backdrop Friday, Aug. 8, as the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Barty awards gala.

The event, dubbed “An Evening in Paradise,” had a tropical theme this year with attendees decked out in Hawaiian leis and their best tropical attire as they mingled at The Venue at Bartlett Station.

The Bartys are the chamber’s lighthearted take on what can sometimes be boring awards shows with fun names for the awards recognizing businesses doing important work in the city.
