Chamber Board President Amber Eggers said the chamber has been really busy so far this summer, and gave more details on prior events and those coming up.

The theme for this year’s parade is “Stars, Stripes, and Spurs.”

Eggers also reported that visitors to the chamber have expressed disappointment that some downtown businesses were closed in the evenings and on weekends and that some businesses appeared “dirty,” but overall everything is going well and they are all looking forward to the fair and rodeo and parade
