Responsibilities:

-Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend improvements.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
-Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
-Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, using data to optimize strategies.
-Stay updated with industry best practices and changes in algorithms to ensure maximum visibility.
-Identify and collaborate with influencers or partners for collaborative campaigns.
-Monitor competitors’ social media presence and propose strategies to stay ahead.
-Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
-Track and report on key performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates.
-Brainstorm and implement creative and innovative marketing campaigns.
-Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
-Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and techniques.

-Design and execute a comprehensive monthly events calendar, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and the interests of our audience.
-Oversee every facet of event planning and coordination: venue selection, speaker engagement, agenda setting, and logistics.
-Work alongside internal teams to produce engaging marketing materials for events, enhancing visibility and participation.
-Source potential partners and market events, liaising with external entities to foster support and collaboration, aligning their goals with the event’s objectives.
-Guarantee flawless event execution, managing onsite operations to deliver a seamless and enriching experience for all attendees.
-Conduct post-event evaluations to gauge success and gather feedback, leveraging insights for continuous improvement and future planning.

-Cultivate and sustain relationships with existing members to guarantee their satisfaction and continued engagement.
-Seek out and develop opportunities for partnerships with leading figures in the industry.
-Analyze market trends to pinpoint potential avenues for membership growth.
·Organize membership promotion activities through various channels, including email marketing, social media, and networking events.
-Deliver outstanding service to members, resolving any inquiries and issues promptly.
-Work collaboratively with different teams to further the overarching goals of Go Chambers.
Qualifications:
-Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
-A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
-Demonstrable experience in membership management, business development, or sales, with a preference for candidates with a background in a B2B setting.
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging and influencing individuals at every level.
-A strategic mindset focused on results, with a keen interest in fostering growth and innovation.
-Competency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM platforms.
-Familiarity with international trade and business associations will be considered an advantage.
