About Us :

A 12-member board of directors is elected by the membership to serve (without pay) to oversee and set Chamber policies. Board members are elected for 3 year terms with Board officers elected to one-year terms. An executive director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Chamber.

Our Mission

The Bamberg County Chamber Of Commerce has a very important mission to advance and publicize the business, industrial, agricultural, and civic interests of all of Bamberg County. The Chamber is a non-political organization that exists to put Bamberg County’s best foot forward to the rest of the world. We fulfill our mission through a number of diverse activities.

In order to promote economic development and tourism in our area, the Chamber also serves on the boards of several other organizations including various municipal and County development associations.
