The Chamber of Commerce is an autonomous body governed by public law, with its own statute . It has the task of representing the general interests of the enterprises of the province, with particular attention to the system of small and medium-sized enterprises, and of promoting the economic development of the territory.
The chamber body – included in the regional and national chamber system – works synergistically with institutions and trade associations in the area; it interacts with the numerous Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad and for companies it constitutes a privileged access route to new markets.
