1984, Turan Tan was the first Chairman of the Bilecik Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Muzaffer Erdem was the first President of the Assembly.

Serving approximately one hundred people in the first years of its establishment and moving to the 1st Organized Industrial Zone in 1996, the present service building has the description given in Article 4 of Law No. 5174, meeting the common needs of its members, ensuring the development of the members in accordance with the general interests of the profession, maintains professional discipline, morality and tenasudes in order to make honesty and trust prevail in its relations. Bilecik Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is a professional organization serving two thousand industrialists and merchants operating in Söğüt, Osmaneli, Pazaryeri, Gölpazarı, Yenipazar and İnhisar districts, has 12 Professional Committees.
