The Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicraft and Agriculture of Trieste – founded in 1755 – is an autonomous public body, deeply rooted in the territory of which it is an integral part.
It has the primary purpose of encouraging the development of local businesses and plays a fundamental role in socio-economic governance, in synergy with local actors.
The body’s strategies are implemented by means of a programmatic set of actions and projects illustrated in a document called the Multiannual and Programmatic Plan.
