Founded in May 2015, the GMBC is the official membership organization of German businesses and a platform for bilateral exchange and co-operation.

The GMBC is the voice of German business in Myanmar and Myanmar companies with business activities and interest in Germany. We want to offer a platform for dialogue with the Myanmar business community and government along with initiating joint projects in a spirit of partnership and mutual benefit.

• The German Myanmar Business Chamber is a platform for exchange between Myanmar and German companies, based in the country and abroad.
• We aim to promote German business activities with the Myanmar private sector and government agencies as well as business opportunities in Myanmar with the German business community.
• The GMBC wants to support both German corporate activities and the development of the Myanmar private sector.
