Indian Wind Energy Association (INWEA)
is a not-for-profit organisation that was set up in 2002 to work as an independent body representing the interests of developers, manufacturers of wind turbines, components, systems etc., and investors in the Indian wind energy sector. The Association was formed by a group of experienced companies and individuals in the Indian wind energy sector. The Association is registered under the Societies Regulation Act XXI of 1860 with the Government of India.
