Beginning in 2004, driven by Prajadi Agus Winaktu, he gathered a number of farmers and stake holders from Eastern Indonesia.
After going through several meetings and being inspired by the existence of the Shrimp Club (SC) Lampung which was led by Ali Kuku, the group of farmers and stake holders from Eastern Indonesia agreed to call themselves the Eastern Indonesian Shrimp Club (SC Intim), chaired by Philipus Latief.
Desire and at the initiative of SC Intim, in mid 2004 SC Lampung and SC Intim agreed to merge into the SHRIMP CLUB INDONESIA (SCI), chaired by Iwan Sutanto.
