In the year of 2014, Tianjin Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export came into being as first non-profit organization in Tianjin with international trading business as backbone and members are under diversified ownership. With rich social resources, the Chamber of Commerce started with more than 1,000 registered members among them one can see the traditional international trade giants as flagship and also the active trading firms under different ownership. The members cover port administration, finance, insurance, education, logistics, e-commerce, mechanical, textile, light industry and food industry. They are from government, state-owned enterprises, private business, foreign invested companies and non-profit organizations.
