Vietnam National Cement Association is a voluntary, non-governmental organization that comprises enterprises operating in the cement industry. The aim of the association is to facilitate the cooperation among its members to boost the development of each enterprises and of the cement industry as a whole, and to protect the interest of its members within the legal framework of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
