More than 15,000 new Indian companies joined Dubai Chamber of Commerce in 2023 representing year-over-year growth of 38%

A recent analysis conducted by Dubai Chamber of Commerce has spotlighted a surge in new company registrations from various countries, signaling Dubai’s growing appeal as a global business hub. Notably, Indian investors led the pack with 15,481 new companies joining in 2023, marking a substantial 38% year-over-year growth. Following closely behind, Pakistan saw a remarkable 71.2% increase with 8,036 new businesses joining, while Egypt secured the third spot with a 63.2% growth rate, welcoming 4,837 new members.

Reflecting on this dynamic growth trajectory, Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, emphasized Dubai’s consistent allure for foreign direct investment across diverse sectors. He underscored the chamber’s commitment to bolstering the emirate’s competitiveness and fostering a vibrant business ecosystem amidst its evolving economic landscape, particularly with the implementation of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).
