STITCHES AND SILHOUETTES JOINS CARBON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
PRICE — On August 14, 2025, the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting at Stitches and Silhouettes, a local business that recently joined the chamber.
Kim Hathaway has been in business since 2006, and moved from her house into a storefront located at 150 N Carbonville Avenue about four years ago. She focuses on custom embroideries, screen printing and engravings on leather patches.
“I’ve been sewing my whole life and it’s just been something that I’ve always liked,” Hathaway said. “It’s more of a hobby that turned into a business and I just love doing it.”
The store is open Monday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Fridays from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. You can visit their shop or call them at 435-650-2083.
“Just about anything you need embellished, we can probably get it done for you,” Hathaway said. “So come on in and give us a shot, we’d love to see you.”
