The Washington Beaufort County Chamber of Commerce celebrates 120th annual banquet.

The Washington Beaufort County Chamber of Commerce celebrated its 120th Annual Membership Banquet at the Washington Civic Center on Jan. 25th. Hosted by Executive Personnel Group, the event honored outstanding individuals and businesses in the community.

Executive Director Catherine Glover highlighted the chamber’s growth in 2023 and emphasized the importance of the Bright Futures program in supporting children’s needs in Beaufort County Schools. Awards were presented to recipients, including Michele Oros, Tiffany Moore, Warren Allen, Trent and Brent Wynne, Petals and Produce, and Executive Personnel Group.

Outgoing President Selden Taylor was recognized for his dedicated service, and Heather VanStaalduinen, co-owner of Petals and Produce, delivered a moving speech on community compassion. The event showcased the unity and compassion defining the Beaufort County business community.
