“Tajikistan attaches great importance to expanding multifaceted cooperation with Russia. Our relations are successfully strengthening in political, trade-economic, humanitarian, and scientific-technical spheres. Inter-parliamentary ties have become a crucial link in the entire relationship complex,” Emomali noted.

Successful projects on establishing joint general education schools with instruction in Russian are also underway.
Rustam Emomali added that the Russian language is taught at all levels of the education system in Tajikistan.
Matviyenko also emphasized the importance of the cultural-educational project “Memory Train”: “Knowing history is the foundation for building the future. Youth from Commonwealth countries have the opportunity to make friends and feel pride in shared victories.”
She further spoke about the international youth expedition “Journey to the Heart of Eurasia – 2025,” conducted under the auspices of the Russian-Tajik Business Council, aimed at strengthening youth ties.
During the parliamentary negotiations, Emomali visited a photo exhibition at the Feder ation Council showcasing cooperation between the two countries’ parliaments and left a message in the guestbook.
